Initial meetings with you the client, usually at site or place of project, to discuss the premise of the scheme in readiness to proceed to a planning application. Or alternatively preparing initial ideas to form a broad design leading to a Pre-planning application with the local Planning Authority.
Converting initial ideas into a cohesive planning application, with initial ideas formed into floor plans and external elevations in 2d and 3d views. Also implementing outside specialists if required for any reports or surveys that will be required as part of the application.
Producing working drawings and reports / calculations to enable a builder to conform to the building regulations, also liaising with Building control inspector as required, either Private of Local Authority .
Help to make your project run as smooth as possible, combining all aspects of the build process, liaising with all sub-contractors, materials suppliers . As much help as you want or help you to have a go yourself.
